The annual Clay-Pinson Chamber of Commerce Christmas Gala was a huge success this year. We had over 100 people in attendance with music and fellowship along with lot’s of fun. There were ‘split the pot’ tickets available at the door along with a silent auction which generated a lot of money to go towards scholarships for both Clay and Pinson. Our members brought guests and there were a number of them joining the chamber this year to help support our business community and to give back to the cities that support us. Merry Christmas.
The Clay-Pinson Chamber of Commerce had Bobby Humphrey speak at our November Luncheon, and he was spectacular. Bobby Gene Humphrey is a former professional American football player who was selected in the first round by the Denver Broncos in the 1989 NFL Supplemental Draft after a stellar career at the University of Alabama. If you missed the luncheon you missed a very motivational speaker.
